- How can I return a product ?
We have a customer friendly return policy.we will refund you the full amount. However, return shipping cost is incurred by the buyer. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To Return a product you need to follow these steps:
a) Send an email to us within 7 days from the date of delivery with a valid reason for return.I.e.
- Product not as described on our site
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Images or specifications are not as shown on our site
- Is different from what was ordered
- Wrong colour
- Wrong size
- Faulty product
b) All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
c) Send an email to email@example.com with your order number mentioning the product you want to return and your bank details where you want us to refund the amount. Please ensure that bank details submitted to us are free of any errors.
d) Once an email is sent, you will receive a mailing address to which you can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
e) Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged in transit.
f) Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
g) Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect as mentioned in step b, your money will be credited to your bank account mentioned in step a.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Any product that has been used
- Any product not in its original condition
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- Refund For Cash on Delivery Orders
With in 5 days of cycle
Refunds are processed on 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and 30th of every month. Once refund is completed from our end - you will receive an email notification regarding the same. Please note that we will only be able to make online bank transfer. We cannot return Cash.
- Order Cancellations
Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.
- Why a "24 Hour" deadline ?
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging,customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.
- Cancellation before product has shipped ?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- Cancellation after product has shipped ?
If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and inform them of the same.If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement if it is defective or has incorrect size. See 7 Day Replacement Guarantee for further details.
- I'm thinking about seeking a Refund. Are there any specific points to know?
The Refund will be initiated within (business) days if you choose this option, which will be credited back to you as per your bank/credit card guidelines. If you have made an online payment, refunds will take following number of days:
